It is important for Security Companies to give great customer service because the competition is often fierce in the industry. If the businesses hiring the security company do not feel they are getting good service then you can expect they will be much more open to the next security company sales person who offers a slightly lower price for the same basic purported services.
Your lack of good customer service is your competitions gains. Likewise if your competing security companies are not giving good customer service, well then you know that their best customers are your best prospects as well.
Of course all this makes perfect sense to you and yet you are asking how can we improve customer service? Well there are many ways a security company can give better service, such as faxing the weekend reports to the company before the am shift comes into the business on Monday Morning. It will contain a full-report of your security company’s observations over the weekend.
You can also offer to meet with the owner of the company or branch manager every two-weeks and see if everything is fine or if there are additional needs to be addressed and if so take those items and put them inside the security vehicles assigned to that site or on the clip board of the usual driver or security guard. You see it is the little things that make the difference so consider all this in 2006.
